Expected Impact: Expected Impact The actions funded under this topic should contribute to strengthening clinical human capital base in R&I, enhancing talent retention, knowledge sharing of best practices within the research and innovation landscape, accelerate integration of digital tools into health systems, expand and scale up validated innovations with tangible implementation at national and/or sub-regional levels. Applicant consortium If requested by the applicant consortia, the EDCTP Association may offer technical support for the preparation of their proposal, in particular because of the lump sum nature of the Grant Agreement. The applicant consortia may also decide to include the EDCTP Association as coordinator. In that case, the applicant consortia should contact the EDCTP Association to obtain the estimated amount of the Association’s contribution as well as any other relevant information. The EDCTP Association will timely provide the necessary information to all potential applicants. • Voorstel moet gericht zijn op het leveren van resultaten die bijdragen aan minstens twee van de volgende: opgeschaalde implementatie van gevalideerde digitale innovaties op nationaal of sub-regionaal niveau; verbeterde data-interoperabilite
• Voorstel moet gezondheidsystemen, capaciteit en partnerschappen versterken voor ontwikkeling en gebruik van bestaande en nieuwe digitale gezondheidsgegevens en -instrumenten, gebruikmakend van machine learning en AI, gericht op preventie, d
• Voorstel moet nationale en regionale inspanningen in SSA versterken met concrete demonstratie van opschaling van gevalideerde digitale technologieën voor implementatie op nationaal of sub-regionaal niveau.
• Voorstel moet verbeterde coördinatie tussen belanghebbenden bevorderen met collaboratieve platforms en partnerschappen voor gegevens- en kennisdeling tussen regio's/landen in SSA en idealiter met wereldwijde partners.
• Voorstel moet kennisdeling tussen landen met geavanceerde systemen en landen met lagere capaciteit in digitale hulpmiddelen en vaardigheden bevatten.
• Voorstel moet toepasselijke internationale normen voor gegevensgebruik en -governance toepassen, inclusief gegevensprivacy en gegevenseigendom.
• Voorstel moet maatschappelijke impact en acceptabiliteit van de aanpak door betrokken bevolkingsgroepen adresseren en naleving van toepasselijke ethische vereisten voor het gebruik van digitale technologieën in betrokken SSA-landen aantonen
• Voorstel moet audit van bias van het AI-systeem adresseren en duurzaamheid van projectresultaten na projectduur waarborgen.
