Expected Impact: By the end of the project: at least substantial contribution to the implementation of the targeted plan/strategy, and mechanisms established to ensure full implementation of the plan/strategy. After the project: Full implementation of the plan/strategy. In relation to those expected impacts, applicants are expected to define, calculate, explain and achieve the expected impacts as described in Award criterion ‘Impact’ of the full proposal evaluation (see Call document). Objective: Target the implementation of one or more of the following plans/strategies: Final updated National Energy and Climate Plans (NECP) and Long-Term Strategies (LTS) pursuant to Regulation on the governance of the energy union and climate action (EU) 2018/1999. National adaptation strategies and plans pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulation 2021/1119 (‘European Climate Law’), or regional adaptation strategies or action plans. Urban or community-based action plans pioneering the transition to a climate neutral and/or climate resilient society, - including climate-neutral cities plans and actions, for instance in the context of the EU Mission ‘Climate neutral and smart cities’ and Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans -which would work in parallel with the Commission’s new integrated framework for European climate resilience and risk management expected in late 2026. • Project moet gericht zijn op implementatie van één of meer van de volgende: National Energy and Climate Plans (NECP), Long-Term Strategies (LTS), nationale of regionale adaptatiestrategieën, stedelijke of gemeenschapsgebaseerde klimaatactie
• SIP moet strategische acties bevatten om een proces te katalyseren en aanvullende toezeggingen en financiering te mobiliseren voor volledige implementatie van het plan/strategie
• SIP moet coördinatie met en mobilisatie van andere relevante EU-, nationale of private financieringsbronnen bevorderen voor complementaire maatregelen buiten de SIP
• Belangrijkste stakeholders moeten actief betrokken zijn in zowel ontwerp als implementatie, bij voorkeur als geassocieerde begunstigden
• SIP moet capaciteitsopbouw onder bevoegde autoriteiten en stakeholders faciliteren voor lange-termijn duurzaamheid
• Voorstel moet voldoen aan admissibiliteitsvoorwaarden beschreven in sectie 5 van het Call document
• Aanvrager moet uit een eligible country komen (sectie 6 van Call document)
• Aanvrager moet financiële en operationele capaciteit aantonen (sectie 7 van Call document)
